My mission is to promote a global culture and climate shift to raising awareness of my “Wellness Approach To Recovery” through my WHOLE PERSON WELLNESS:AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO RECOVERY” program. I include my “SPEAR AND SWIM INTO WELLNESS” components as I teach you actionable steps for de-escalation of mental health symptoms, and creating an “at a glance” wellness plan specifically created for your needs, and health and wellness goals living in recovery!

I am an Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Mental Health and Wellness Educator and Consultant, and practice as a “drugless practitioner” living by my belief of “Let thy food be thy medicine.” I am also a Certified Peer Specialist licensed by NY Peer Specialist Certification Board, and have extensive training in a variety areas in mental health and substance use disorder.

I am eager to empower and educate you on how to nourish yourself through an integrative approach, body, mind and spirit.

I will help you to create lasting change in an exciting and meaningful way that will improve energy, balance, and health based on your bio-individuality. These changes are sustainable using natural and organic solutions in a holistic lifestyle through a variety healthy wellness modalities, and taking into account your unique body type, body composition, health history, family history, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

In addition, I am the author of all of the blog writings on this website. Through my own experiences, and my education and training, and all that inspires me, daily, I share with you everything I know about using an integrative approach to wellness!
