SELF REFLECTION AND SELF AWARENESS FOR WELLNESS – LOVE, WENDY

The following are self reflection questions that are helpful in guiding us to wellness each day. These come right from my upcoming book

“WRITE PRAY RECOVER:A JOURNEY TO WELLNESS THROUGH SPIRITUAL SOLUTIONS AND SELF CARE”

1. What will bring me peace in this situation? In this moment?
2. What do I have absolute control over in this situation? What is the gift in this challenge?
3. How does this situation serve my best interest? Or not? How can I honor myself in this situation? Does this situation take into account my wellness?
4. How do I want to feel today? What is one self care practice I can engage in to help me to feel this way?
5. How will I connect to my spiritual practice to deepen my faith in asking and listening for loving guidance in this situation?

When I find myself in an unhealthy and/or toxic situation, I WILL REMIND MYSELF THAT I CAN CHOOSE PEACE INSTEAD OF THIS, and take action to move toward peace and wellness.

It is always a choice.
